Sandy oversees Brightlight’s People & Culture, HR, Brand & Marketing, and Project Management policy and operations.

With a strong background in the finance sector, including across areas such as advice practice management and technology development, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Brightlight team. A few years ago, a mission trip to Madagascar ignited her passion for values-led investment, inspiring her to switch directions in her career and follow her spirit to support the poor and vulnerable through her work. Before joining Brightlight in 2020, she was the interim CEO of WorldShare, a Christian aid and development organization.
